Wir danken Ihnen, dass Sie sich für eine Aktivität von der Lama Ranch Brienz interessieren. Mit der Entgegennahme Ihrer Buchung eines Lamatrekking entsteht zwischen Ihnen und der Lama Ranch Brienz ein Vertrag. Wir bitten Sie deshalb, die folgenden allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen sorgfältig zu lesen.

Organisation:

Das Lama Ranch Brienz ist Hauptorganisator. Bei Zusammenarbeiten mit Drittpersonen und -Firmen wird jegliche Haftung für Diese abgelehnt.

Anmeldung:

Anmeldungen können schriftlich, telefonisch oder persönlich beim Veranstalter oder vorgenommen werden. Sie anerkennen durch Ihre Anmeldung diese allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen als Bestandteil des Vertrages zwischen Ihnen und dem Veranstalter.

Vertragsgegenstand:

Der Veranstalter verpflichtet sich, bei der von Ihnen gewünschten Aktivität die Leistungen zu erbringen, welche er gemäß den Beschreibungen in seinem Prospekt anbietet. Sonderwünsche können gegen Absprache mit dem Veranstalter berücksichtigt werden. Allfällige Mehrkosten werden vom Kunden getragen.

Gruppengrössse:

Wird bei der Durchführung, die offerierte Gruppengrösse nicht erreicht, kann das Trekking durchgeführt werden, wenn eine entsprechende Anpassung des Preises akzeptiert wird. Der Mindestpreis ist auch bei weniger Teilnehmer zu bezahlen. Die minimale Gruppengrösse wird in der Offerte aufgeführt.

Erlebnisort:

Vorwiegend in der Region Brienz, Schweiz oder nach Vereinbarung.

Unser Lamatrekking wird in der Regel in Brienz, Kanton Bern, Schweiz angeboten.

Preise:

Der Preis bezieht sich jeweils auf ein beschriebenes Angebot und Leistungen gemäss Detailbeschrieb.

Die An- bzw. Rückreise zum Ausgangpunkt ist im Preis nicht inbegriffen.

Zahlungsbedingungen:

50% des Trekkingpreises bei Buchung

Restzahlung von 50% bei Antritt

Annulation:

Ein Rücktritt vom Vertrag durch den Kunden vor Aktivitätsbeginn muss mittels Telefonat oder E-Mail. Erst bei Bestätigung der Absage durch den Veranstalter wird die Abmeldung gültig.

Bei jeder Annullation wird dem Kunden folgender Anteil der Arrangementskosten in Rechnung gestellt:

Wenn die Aktivität nicht durchgeführt werden kann, weil der Kunde verspätet oder gar nicht zur Aktivität erscheint, bezahlt er 100% des Pauschalpreises. Mehrkosten, welche durch Verschiebungen oder späteres Eintreffen des Kunden entstehen, gehen zu seinen Lasten. Tritt der Kunde eine Aktivität erst nach deren Beginn an, bzw. verlässt er sie vor ihrem Ende, besteht kein Anspruch auf Rückerstattung.

Bei Änderung des Datums des Trekkings werden die Kosten wie oben erwähnt in Rechnung gestellt.

Wir das Trekking vom Veranstalter abgesagt, wird ein Verschiebungsdatum gesucht. Kosten fallen für den Kunden keine an. Bereits geleistete Anzahlungen werden erstattet, sofern kein Verschiebedatum gefunden wurde. (Schlecht Wetter usw.)

Versicherung:

Reise-/ Kranken-/ Unfall-/ Diebstahl-/ und Annullationsversicherung ist Sache der TeilnehmerInnen.

Haftung:

Es besteht kein Anspruch auf eine Durchführung der Unternehmung am jeweils ausgeschriebenen Ort. Der/die TeilnehmerIn anerkennt das Recht der Organisatorin, aus zwingenden Gründen (Wetter, Fitness der TeilnehmerInnen, äussere Einflüsse und höhere Gewalt) das Programm den gegebenen Verhältnissen anzupassen oder abzusagen. Die Sicherheit der/die TeilnehmerIn hat jederzeit 1. Priorität.

Entstandene Mehrkosten für Reise, Verpflegung und Unterkunft gehen zu Lasten der TelnehmerInnnen und nicht ders Organisators.

Eigene Aktivitäten (Bergbesteigung, Seeausflüge, Wanderungen, etc.) ausserhalb der geführten Unternehmung und ohne Absprache mit der Trekkingleitung gehen auf eigenes Risiko. Der Teilnehmer verzichtet dabei auf jegliche Haftansprüche. In berechtigten Fällen ist die Haftung auf die Höhe des bezahlten Preises beschränkt. Jegliche weitere Ansprüche, insbesondere Schadenersatzansprüche sind ausgeschlossen.

Gerichtsstand:

Ausschliesslicher Gerichtsstand für alle sich aus diesem Vertrag ergebenden Streitigkeiten ist Interlaken

Thank you for your interest in an activity at Lama Ranch Brienz. With the receipt of your booking for a llama trekking, a contract is formed between you and the Lama Ranch Brienz. We therefore ask you to read the following general terms and conditions carefully.

Organization:

Lama Ranch Brienz is the main organizer. When working with third parties and companies, any liability for them is rejected.

Registration:

Registrations can be made in writing, by telephone or in person at the organizer. By registering, you accept these general terms and conditions as part of the contract between you and the organizer.

Subject of the contract:

The organizer undertakes to provide the services for the activity you request, which he offers according to the descriptions in his brochure. Special requests can be considered in consultation with the organizer. Any additional costs will be borne by the customer.

Group size:

If the offered group size is not reached during the implementation, the trekking can be carried out if a corresponding adjustment of the price is accepted. The minimum price must also be paid for fewer participants. The minimum group size is specified in the offer.

Place of experience:

Mainly in the Brienz region, Switzerland or by appointment.

Our llama trekking is usually offered in Brienz, Canton Bern, Switzerland.

Prices:

The price refers in each case to a described offer and services according to the detailed description.

The journey to and from the starting point is not included in the price.

Terms of payment:

50% by Booking

rest of 50% at the day of the trekking

Cancellation:

A withdrawal from the contract by the customer before the start of the activity must be made by telephone or email. The cancellation only becomes valid once the organizer has confirmed the cancellation.

In the event of each cancellation, the customer will be charged the following proportion of the arrangement costs:

If the activity cannot be carried out because the customer shows up late or does not show up for the activity at all, he pays 100% of the package price. Additional costs, which arise due to postponements or late arrival of the customer, are at his expense. If the customer starts an activity after it has started or leaves it before it ends, there is no right to a refund.

If the date of trekking is changed, the cost will be charged as mentioned above.

If the trekking is canceled by the organizer, a postponement date will be sought. There are no costs for the customer. Advance payments already made will be refunded if no postponement date was found. (Bad weather, - > means strong raine)

Insurance:

Travel, health, accident, theft and cancellation insurance is the responsibility of the participants.

Liability:

There is no entitlement to the undertaking being carried out at the advertised location. The participant recognizes the right of the organizer to adapt the program to the given circumstances or to cancel it for compelling reasons (weather, fitness of the participants, external influences and force majeure). The safety of the participant has first priority at all times.

Any additional costs incurred for travel, meals and accommodation are to be borne by the participants and not by the organiser.

Own activities (mountain climbing, lake excursions, hikes, etc.) outside of the guided company and without consultation with the trekking leader are at your own risk. The participant waives any liability claims. In justified cases, liability is limited to the amount of the price paid. Any further claims, in particular claims for damages, are excluded.

Jurisdiction:

Interlaken is the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract.
